Why I Love Vegan Fat Loss Coaching


My journey into vegan fat loss coaching began with my own transition to a plant based diet, more than 8 years ago. As a personal trainer, weight loss and fat loss have been client priorities right from the beginning. Combining the vegan lifestyle with clients health and fitness goals quickly became my preferred way to make a difference as I built my online coaching business.
